I stayed at The Pfister for my 23rd golden birthday, and it was truly unforgettable. Briana went above and beyond to make my stay special. From her thoughtful communication to arranging a beautiful room for me on the 19th floor with a stunning city and lake view. The room, the complimentary champagne, and the attention to detail made me feel celebrated the entire weekend. The hotel is gorgeous and the service is exceptional whether you are dinning at Mason street grill or having a cocktail at the lobby bar. My experience exceeded every expectation and I am incredibly grateful. I’ll absolutely be returning and highly recommend The Pfister for any special occasion!

This was Thanksgiving weekend. Everything but two items was superb. The two items:(1) for some reason a little girls' Irish dance competition was scheduled at this very elegant hotel property. They, and their families, were running around everywhere and clogging up all the lounges and other public areas, especially the lobby lounge. It made it rather not enjoyable for people like us who wanted to enjoy the elegance, have a nice, upscale holiday weekend with "riffraff". Totally the wrong time of year to have this large kiddie event. Especially since this is a top dollar hotel. (2)
