"We loved our stay here. We only stayed one night because we had other places to explore on the island, but we would have loved to spend more time at Barbara's residence. It's a very peaceful place with lush vegetation and soothing decor. We spent the night in the Lomilomi room, which was beautifully decorated (refined, harmonious, serene) and spacious. We arrived in the evening, but in the morning we were able to enjoy the superb view of the sea and the cliffs in the distance from the room. Every detail has been taken care of, making you want to stay. I've never had the opportunity to sleep in this kind of unusual room before. On top of that, we slept very well, the bedding is very good. You can hear the faint sound of frogs, but it doesn't bother you at all, and if it does, earplugs are provided. I actually found it very pleasant. The icing on the cake was the excellent and varied breakfast prepared by the team, which you can enjoy on a beautiful terrace while admiring the view. I highly recommend this somewhat magical place. Thank you, Barbara, for this wonderful surprise."

"Had an amazing stay at the beach house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The house was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. "If you’re looking to visit the Big Island and stay away from the crowds then this is the place for you. We took the advise from many of the people who stayed here before us and brought our food for the duration of our visit but there are grocery stores in both direction on Hwy 11 so you can alway pick up items if you need to. The neighborhood is quiet and the waves crashing on the rocks right below the deck were awesome. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the home was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The check in process was easy and we never had a need to contact the property manager or the owner. We’ll be back to enjoy this place again. "
