"I don't know where to start. I probably knew something was wrong from the start because they have a building A and b. Building a seems to be clean. They put me in building b. First off anyone can walk in the building. The door doesn't lock in building b. So you know what comes next. I found a homeless person sitting on the floor. Both of the doors were wide open and they had the nerve to be charging the phone and I asked them. Were they a guess. Of course they wouldn't be sitting on the dirty floor if they were a guess. I went to the front desk to see why is a homeless person in the building. The front desk lady first told me they didn't have cameras there. So what do I do when I get back to building b? I look up and it's a camera right there where the person was sitting. That just tells me they was all right with that homeless person being there and it was just the way the whole conversation went was telling me they had something to do with it. They probably let them sit there in building b with guest walking. By. Then you got a guy on the second floor who stole this garbage on the carpet in the hallway so nobody will walk that way. So I also had to complain about that and now he doesn't do it anymore. I see why extended stay gets very reviews. I've never done business with them before but I'll never do business with them again.
