"The property was not available as it was already occupied by someone else. I drove over 6 hours to find this out late in the evening. You can imagine the nightmare of having to look for an alternative hotel n the middle of the night as the owner claimed not to be aware of my booking and yet, payment was collected from me through Expedia. Please may I have my refund asap. @Expedia, I do demand some compensation for the traumatic experience I had on this transaction! "

"The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. After I cancelled it, food was still delivered to our room at 11 p.m. This reflects very poor communication within the hotel. I will never visit this hotel again. The staff were unprofessional, and one staff member even asked my husband for money, which was completely unacceptable. While the rooms look nice, many facilities are fa"
