Cheaper through Hotels.com, you get a $25 credit for parking and late check out is cheaper on the app too. Called the front desk 4 times and noone answered. Clean rooms and great location for Disney Springs. Great breakfast buffet. Pool was freezing and it was hot out lol

This is probably the most convenient stay we've ever had for a Disney trip. Everything was walkable and the shuttle service they have to Disney parks was such a time saver. The staff was amazing and the property itself had so much to offer. We loved it

Overall, you get what you pay for. The rooms are cheap, they tack on a big resort fee, deposit fee, parking fee, and taxes, and it’s a mediocre experience at best. (Also, the hotel was 15 min from Epcot, not a 7 min drive as Expedia described). The lobby and amenities seemed nice, though we did not use the pool or arcade. They have set up a few very cute Disney photo ops. But after check-in, we had to take a dirty service elevator to a basement floor to get to the “Sunset wing.” These rooms are outside-facing with poor lighting, and feel very humid and outdated. The shower soaps were not refilled, and the bathroom was very cramped. There was also a fire truck blocking the entrance and a family complaining that their room was infested with ants when we arrived, and I believe it if their room was in Sunset! In the future, we’ll pay another $20 for the nicer Disney Springs area hotels.

I love the location of this property. Safe and walkable to Disney Springs. They offer transportation to Disney parks. They are short on staff. There was only 1 person for check in. My room this time was horrible. It was damp with humidity and I found 2 bugs in the bed. I have stayed before in the large building and rooms were good and I have stayed in a room in the outside part that was nice and upgraded. This room was horrible. Lots of bags of garbage and dirty linens were left in the outside hallways as well. Very inconsistent there.
