The staff at the hotel were great! The rooms were very clean and spacious. Also getting the shuttle to the parks were awesome.

Great location. Has free transportation to the parks & Disney Springs. Boardwalk is walkable from this resort! Wonderful & friendly staff! Had a great time! Will def be back

We arrived 1:30 am. The female staff member who checked us in was incredibly rude and wanted to be difficult. She acted annoyed that we disturbed her and she had to get up and do her job.
