We arrived 2 hours after the 4:00 pm check in and our room with fireworks view wasn’t ready. Put in standard room with $50 comp. Self parking was a nightmare. Everything was drab and threadbare (rug especially) and little spots of dirt in bathroom. This was, after fees, $450 for one night. Needs major refurbishing! Won’t stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton buena vista palace. The staff were friendly and room and amenities were very clean. It’s really close to Disney springs and plenty to do in the area, would definitely stay again.

I have been to this hotel a few times and it’s always consistently enjoyable. We love the pool, the rooms, views, and convenience of Disney springs walking. Not to mention the cafe on the first floor. This is my favorite hotel out of the springs area.

I didn’t had the chance to stay much in the hotel We were out most of the time. So, I really don’t have much to say but, location wise is great! We were able to walk to Disney springs which is a good break from park hopping. Checking in and out was a breeze!
