Staff were friendly and helpful. Weather was cold and wet so we couldn’t use the pool much but the area around it was lovely. Plenty of outdoor seating. Older building but the rooms were comfortable and more modern. Very clean, and all the carpets were being cleaned floor by floor. Great location, 10 minutes walk to Disney Springs entrance. The resort fee includes free shuttles to the Disney parks and the hotel has a 30 mins early entrance. Really convenient for beating the crowds. Would stay here again.

Our stay was great! Check in was easy, Shay at the front desk was warm and friendly. The room way a nice size, clean and fresh. Couple of draw backs were after the shower there were puddles of water on the floor, (we did use the mat) and the chest of drawers did not close fully. Highlights were the bar area, free drink tickets, the food, and the entire staff being so friendly and accommodating. Scott at the bar was the epitome of service with a smile. They have shuttles to and from the parks and Disney Springs is literally right there. All in all i would stay here again and definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The staff here are wonderful. Scott, Uyen and Justine are particularly amazing. The bar and restaurant are probably my favorite places to hang out. Wonderful environment, furniture, set up and always amazing staff. The food is also very good.
