Location was great for Parks, Dining options, other entertainment. Hotel was a good price for the money. The pillows were maybe the worst pillows at any hotel ever. I am not sure but they had no pliability - some latex or rubber material. We didn’t use the pool or eat at any of the restaurants so can’t comment on that. One awesome thing is that we ordered groceries to the hotel and thus had snacks, breakfast and such in the room.

Overall, the property is beautiful, with well-maintained decor and charming details. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. I requested daily cleaning service, but it was not done on Wednesday, which was disappointing. Coming back after a long day spent exploring the parks, I was expecting a freshly made bed and a tidy room, but that didn't happen, leaving me feeling let down.
