I got billed for a huge self parking fee of 30.00 a day. Then, add in taxes and it was 46 dollars less than the 6 days of staying at the hotel. My cost was double what i expected. Buyer beware!

we reached out several times to confirm our VERY late arrival, i was advised to check in on the app but then couldn't use the key because of the elevators not connecting with them so we had to still stop at the front desk to check in. Our room had nothing ready for the pull out bed so we had to wait 30 mins for bedding (at 2 am) and the pull out was big enough for 1 person, not 2.

I can't recommend this property. The staff was wonderful, courteous, and professional. The property seems dated and didn't feel upscale or clean enough for me. I couldn't rest because I was ready to leave. I stayed at the Helios Grand at Universal the night before and comparatively this place is close to staying in an alley. I picked this property on the advice of a YouTuber (Never doing that again). The positive about the property is that it's minutes from Disney Springs which I planned to spend most of the day. If you are on a budget and want to be close to Disney, this property is for you.
