I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent hotel reservation made through your platform.
Reservation Details:
- Confirmation Number: 72065889183710
- Hotel Name: Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney springs area
- Check-in Date: 9/14/2025
- Check-out Date: 9/17/2025
Upon arrival at the hotel, I found that the accommodations did not match what I had booked. Specifically, I booked an Executive Suite, 1 King bed with sofa bed, non smoking city view that was not available at check in. Instead I received Standard, 2 queen bed, city view. This situation has caused significant inconvenience during my stay.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I am seeking a refund as there is a need to book reservations at another hotel.
