"I love the location of this hotel. It's in my favorite Chicago neighborhood and within walking distance to great spots. The public areas of the hotel are beautiful. Our room was simple but nice. We didn't have any soap, which I thought was odd. The bathroom floor looked a bit old fashioned and looks a bit messed up in some of the corners."
