Only issue we had was the shower leaked onto the floor since there didn’t seem to be anything there to catch it but overall BEST hotel stay I’ve ever had in NYC! It was right where we wanted to be our entire trip and everyone was so helpful and nice. The room was perfect for our two night stay. Will definitely be staying here for the rest of our trips out here!

Friendly staff. Clean quiet rooms on 57th and 6th. Near Central Park, MOMA, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center. Not a bad walk to the theaters and restaurants. Everyone from the front desk, bellmen, to house keeping were lovely!

We stay for seven nights and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel itself. The location is fantastic my wife and I walk every day so it was perfect travelling into Central Park and a nice long walk down to the Statue of Liberty.. I would definitely return to stay in the hotel. We had a king-size deluxe room which was perfect, lovely and clean every day.. if Time Square is your thing this is located on 57th Street Times Square starts around 52nd so a real good location.
