Our stay at the Pearl Hotel was good overall. The stay started out rough. After traveling all day, we went to our room and cable tv was out. They tried to help fix the problem, but problem was left until next day. And unfortunately, there was a musty smell in our room. Next day, TV cable problem and musty was resolved.Breakfast was basic and needs improvement. Our deluxe room was very nice, roomy for NYC standards. Bed was comfortable, shower was very nice, and room came with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Housekeeping did a good job. Front desk staff were courteous. Doormen provided excellent help throughout our stay.

The hotel provided us with a room with tiny, blocked view, windows. It’s as if there are no windows at all. Small room, to be clear.

Very comfortable hotel in a convenient and quiet location that is reasonably priced for Midtown. Staff is very friendly. Continental breakfast is mediocre and in an awkward converted lounge space. I would stay there again but skip the breakfast option.

The Pearl Hotel really exceeded my expectations. It is a boutique hotel and I identified it primarily for its location, as I had business nearby and it is near the theatre district and Times Square. However, the hotel was lovely - the room was very nicely appointed, it has a true restaurant and bar and the service was excellent. Some of the rooms actually have a sizeable balcony/patio. I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again!

Amazing Hotel! Staff was great! Don’t drink the water in the room… it’s 8.00…there is water in the lower level for 1.00. Coffee anytime on the lobby floor! The room was clean and nicely decorated! We loved our stay!

The hotel was good for New York. The staff was friendly and the afternoon wine hour was fun. The continental breakfast had a good variety and was fine for us since we always had lunch plans and a continental breakfast in New York was unexpected. All in all, we are glad to have stayed there!
