It was a comfortable stay in a hotel as quiet as downtown New York can be thanks to the higher floors, with one of the better US hotel breakfasts I've had. The hotel is showing it's age in the room furniture, fixtures, carpets etc., but everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us.
