We arrived in the late morning, so the staff stored our luggage until check-in. When we returned at 4:00pm to check in, the staff informed us that their system was down, so they had to manually check rooms to be sure they were ready. They also said they’d get us into a room as soon as possible. After sitting for a while a then watching others just newly checking in for the first time get key cards to their rooms, I waited in line to check on the status of our room. The staff didn’t seem to remember that I had already checked in twice and was just waiting for a clean room and my key cards. They even took my credit card a second time to scan for my room charges. It was a bit frustrating that they couldn’t organize a bit more to know who they should be serving first.

While the staff was excellent and the location was perfect, the accommodations were highly unsatisfactory. The window in the room blew open in the middle of the night, causing the temperature to plummet to 50 degrees despite freezing weather outside. The bedspread was far too small and did not provide adequate warmth, making it difficult to stay comfortable. The room itself was cramped and clearly not suitable for four people. Upon arrival, there were only three towels provided for four guests. The bathroom had several issues: the floor became soaked after every shower due to the lack of a bath mat, and there was no lock on the bathroom door. Additionally, there was no storage space available for suitcases or clothing, making it very inconvenient for guests. Overall, these shortcomings made the stay disappointing despite the positive aspects.

Check in was terrible. We arrived at 2:30, our rooms were not ready, no problem. We arrived back at 4:30. There was a line out the door as the systems were down. Finally checked in, one room was ready the other was not. We checked into one room, there was 6 of us, 4 kids (one being 20 so technically an adult but the rest teens). We requested rooms on the same floor which I was told by the manager we had rooms 808 and 807. 807 was not ready but they assured me they would reserve it so we could be close to the kids. We went back out and had dinner and walked around coming back to pick up our keys at 10pm. When we arrived back they had given room 807, right across from our kids away. I again requested to be on the same floor. After a 40 min back and forth the lady at the desk was able to “figure something out”. I was really frustrated as she gave our room away, apologized for it but was very reluctant to give us rooms together again like I was promised. She offered a $50 credit which I never received, wasted an hour of my time and my kids time on a 24 hour trip. I feel this customer service was terrible as she had a solution right in front of her but refused to actually make the changes until I stood my ground. She offered $50 which is not even enough to cover the inconvenience but I haven’t received it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a large family.

Super bien situé par rapport a Times Square, mais chambre très petite pour 4 personnes et même si on avait réservé pour 4 il fallait toujours demander pour un 4e set de serviette. On en avait juste pour 3. La nourriture du déjeuner était suffisante et variée. Le personnel est gentil et courtois.

Room was size of shoe box. Walked into tv to get around bed. In Order to get in bathroom, you had to step in the shower to open/close Bathroom door. Buffet ran out of food an hour before closing. He said ‘no more will be made’
