The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view of Times Square, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

Pros: courteous and friendly staff; comfy bed; location right by Times Square and nearby two subway stations Cons: Junk Fees(!) and other sneaky charges; towels a bit worn; shower could use a bit more pressure and drains were a bit slow. Details: From the doors to the desk to the elevators and bell stand, the hotel staff are great. They’re friendly and helpful. The room was generally well appointed, with a comfortable bed. We had a Premier level room, which was good sized by NYC standards. Bathroom was well-finished with plenty of floor space. Towels were a bit worn around the edges, but ok. Just be aware this hotel forces steep “Residency Fees” of $45+taxes (so totals $53+ per night). So, plan on paying 10-25% more than the listed rate. And when I checked out and received my statement, there was a donation of $2/night added to some foundation that apparently is associated with the ownership company of the hotel. This wasn’t mentioned, which is sketchy, and should be illegal. Don’t love the scammy behavior. So, if you choose to stay here, enjoy the room and the service, and make sure you know what you’re paying!

Yes Room clean But there is very little privacy in the bathroom design And I was charge an additional $50 tourist fee that was not included in the so-called "comprehensive hotel quoted rate. Aldo the hotel claimed on Expedia to have parking. That's a vastly misleading claim. The hotel reserved parking is six blocks away and only for a $150 surcharge. A rip-off

Great location near Times Square within 1-2 blocks and f theaters, Times Square, and restaurants. Staff friendly. Rooftop bar is nice. Only drawback, uber drops you off across the street, not a big deal. Don’t rent a car. Too much traffic. Recommend.

This is our third stay and we always come back. Staff are excellent, we arrived early around 1 and with no hesitation we were checked in even though check in is at 3pm. Our room was spotless and cleaned teice a day, housekeeping is so nice, we asked for an extra hand cream which they gave! Location is perfect. Bathroom is not soundproof (notable if not staying with family) but other than that it’s perfect !

The staff was amazing. The receptionist Brtty was incredibly helpful and informative. While we were out for the evening they surprised my son with a lovely momento of the show we had seen- far above and beyond our stay!! Breakfast was delicious- a variety and fresh fruit was perfect!
