Just a wonderful, well-located place to stay in Midtown! I really appreciated the amenities, convenience, extra space in the room and the ***very kind, highly-trained staff.*** Keep in mind Times Square can be noisy, especially on weekend evenings and during special events. If it's an issue for you, discuss room selection with staff when making reservations.

We stayed at Radio City Apartments with a group of 5 friends, and overall the location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Midtown, close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. The space itself was great for a group: roomy enough for all of us to feel comfortable, and the apartment-style setup made it easy to relax between our busy days of sightseeing. However, we had a very disappointing experience on our last day. Instead of being 5 friends in the apartment, we suddenly had a 6th “guest” — a rat. It got into our room and ate through some of the chocolate souvenirs we had bought to take home. This was unsettling and left a very bad final impression after what had otherwise been a good stay.

Cute little spot, but it smelled strongly of bleach when I walked in. It has all of your basic needs and resides in a great location. I wish they would have provided condiments for any food I brought, but that's on me.

This was a wonderful spot with easy access to theaters, shopping and restaurants. It was spacious and clean. Elevator was slow sometimes.

Everything is very tired. Old carpet. Room was smelly and overlooked an alley. There was a step up to the bathroom. I forgot twice on exiting the bathroom, and tripped, so I put a chair in front of the bathroom to remind myself. It does look like they are doing a remodel, so maybe it will improve.

The noise from the street was insane. The windows seem very thin and the building overall very dated. I have been staying in NYC for over 10 years and this was the loudest room I have stayed in. Hotel was clean and the staff pleasant but the lack of sleep with the noise was a big issue for me.
