The staff was ever helpful and professional. From the moment I came thru the doors, Jose Flores made me feel welcome and at home. Excellent hotel newly renovated the staff was great! I didn’t like that the hotel didn’t offer breakfast! No problem because Juniors was right across the street! We had to call the front desk for an iron and ironing board. Other than that I would highly recommend!

Nice room with a great view and cozy beds. Check in and out was seamless. All staff we encountered were friendly. Cute little bar downstairs was great for a pre dinner cocktail. Excellent location in the middle of theatre district. We will come again!

Great amenities, staff, location, and clean! We went during a cold snap and the AC was not available to us. We were told to turn off the heat/unit and only turn on if it got cold. It did not. Our room was about 75 degrees all night, which was quite warm. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

We checked in around 9:00 pm and left immediately to enjoy the city, which is very common for NYC travelers. When we returned at approximately 2:00 am and entered the room for the first time, it was clear the room had not been cleaned or turned over from the previous guests. There was food left in the room, the beds were made with visible red hair and stains on the sheets, and the bathroom showed signs of prior use. This was not a matter of preference — it was a clear housekeeping and sanitation failure. When this was reported, management stated that we “took too long to complain.” That response is unreasonable. We had not occupied or used the room prior to discovering these conditions, and guests should not be expected to fully inspect bedding and bathrooms immediately upon check-in, especially when they leave the hotel after dropping off belongings. The room was in this condition upon arrival, regardless of when it was discovered. The lack of accountability afterward was just as disappointing as the condition of the room itself. I would strongly encourage management to review housekeeping procedures and how guest concerns about cleanliness are handled.

Location is a 12 out of 10! In the heart of Times Square/Theater District area. The service from concierge, to front desk, to housekeeping was fantastic. We were there during the NYC snow storm and they had a room ready for us at noon instead of their usual check in time of 3 pm, which was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and clean! CVS pharmacy is right next door in case any snacks/essentials are needed. We will come back and stay here again! The only negative for a luxury hotel is that they don’t have a coffee maker in the room - it wasn’t a big deal as they have a cafe in main lobby where you can purchase coffee but a coffee maker in the room would be a nice addition.
