Did not meet standards. Definitely not family friendly. Wall paper is peeling in the elevators, room and hallways. Masking tape on almost every door frame, at least on the floor my family and I were on. Room on the left of us and above us were constantly jumping and banging for our entire 5 day vacay. Very disappointed, will not be back

We liked the hotel overall but it lacked certain details. There was hair in the sink, no body lotion, no body soap until we request it and we got it 2 days later, no smart tv-streaming possibility, no black coffee at night or in the room-and the espresso machine was broken the second night. For the price, not worth it. But great location for the Christmas tree, times square, st Patrick cathedral, Rockefeller plaza. Also, super nice and helpful staff.
