Staff was wonderful, location of the hotel was great. Very central to most things in NYC, and just steps from the subway. Bar was nice, too. The room was small, but still comfortable. We went on an particularly expensive weekend (sept 19-22)

Hotel was excellent "resort fee/service fee" is ridiculous. Everything about the hotel is first class but I could only give three stars due to the ridiculous service fee. At $32 dollars a night. I stayed there with family in three rooms for five nights and therefore was charged $450 for what was essentially four plastic water bottles. Whilst the hotel says it's also for tea, coffee, water, gym etc. I consider these to be standard hotel facilities and no reason to incur a further charge.

The hotel was nice, rooms were large and stylish and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the water/coffee room was a nice touch. Great location for 5th Av, Broadway etc Unfortunately we suffered with noise from the street, the windows are not well insulated and traffic/building work was noticeable from 5am every morning so ear plugs were a must. The AC was powerful but also v noisy

I thought the property was fantastic! It was cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Beautiful modern rooms with with nice furnature, bedding, towels and soaps. On site restaurant and a cozy bar. Food of all types within walking distance. The subway was just down the block making it really convenient to use. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is to add window curtains to block out the light from the hotel sign and to help drown out the busy streets at night. The blinds are nice but didn't do enough with the lighted sign outside. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. However, the owners might want to upgrade the levalor blinds to higher-quality ones, preferably with blackout options like those found in most hotels. Additionally, you are not insulated from the crashing noises of other guests and service staff crashing around outside your room. The elevators felt a bit slow, and we weren't particularly impressed with the hotel food. Luckily, there are many tasty options nearby.

Location is central, staff is friendly, and the hotel is modern and clean. The beds were too soft and kept sinking. The room had no blackout curtains, could hear the street noise all night long. They charge a resort fee offering snacks/coffee, but during limited hours only.
