The hotel was lovely and offered a small breakfast everyday included in the fee. The rooms were ample and had storage space for clothing. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
The balcony was small but allowed me to open the door & enjoy the air

Stayed here 8 years ago before Covid and it was great … friendly people and lovely extras like the Manager’s complimentary drinks each evening. Sadly, this has all changed. Add to this the fact that the place is looking old and tired; the reception staff were not particularly welcoming and the strange decision to remove the mini fridge from the room, and the hotel has lost its charm and appeal.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal, and for it being located in NYC it is relatively quiet, so that you can get a good nights rest. I would definitely stay here again.

We checked in at almost midnight and had a swift easy experience- plus, we got a decaf latte to take up with us…much appreciated and much needed. Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Beds and linens were exceptional. Would stay here anytime!
