The air conditioner was really good. The room was really cold. We didn’t stay long enough for housekeeping, but the hotel is pretty cool and the aesthetic is very nice.

JG Time Hotel is a nice find near Times Square. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. The hotel offers free coffee in a comfortable lounge area in the basement and luggage storage. The only concern is that they do not have an elevator. Our room is on the fifth floor. Luckily, the hotel brought our bags to our room.

Excellent location. Not far from Central Park. Very quiet room on 5th floor. It’s a walk up but staff offered to help with luggage. They said the room was not ready for the early check in we were promised but thankfully they asked housekeeping to see what they could do and we were in our room about 15 minutes later.

This hotel is in a very unsafe area in NYC, I couldn't find it, there was no reception or lights on at described location... not sure how they scammed their way through here.

Great, convenient, they allowed us to keep bags before and after check out, super clean, helpful staff, surprisingly quiet for being at such a busy location. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find, there is little signage and i walked past it multiple times. But the price was great, would definitely stay again
