I was really impressed with this hotel. It's in a very busy area, but our room felt quiet. It was very clean, well kept, and welcoming. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want to be close to Chinatown / Little Italy / Lower East Side.

We have stayed there twice now and we love this hotel. Sigfrido is always there to greet us with the warmest welcome when we arrive making us feel so much at home! The cleaning staff is also lovely and helpful with every request.
