There was blood on my blanket and a sticky orange substance on my nightstand. It took 15 minutes to finally take an elevator downstairs because in the mornings they’re all full. The staff was generally unhelpful until you ask to speak with a manager.

Everything was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was very good. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and many attractions. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for four days, and it’s a hotel with an excellent location. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is good, and while the room isn’t huge, it’s comfortable. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this does not affect its good functioning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
