Room was spacious, we liked the kitchenette and also extra space for the couch, it was pretty generious. Only negative thing was breakfast, only coffee and bananas/apples were good rest not eatable

Breakfast was plentiful and different each of the 2 days we were there! Service there and at front desk and bag check - extremely friendly and helpful! It is an extremely busy hotel when we were there mid October (and front desk said it’s normal:). Location is perfect for seeing shows! We walked everywhere up to MoMa area, felt safe and walking was easy. AC was not the quietist, but turned on our brown noise and it was fine. Bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was a pull out couch. Bathroom clean and kitchen well appointed, with micro plates, bowls, mugs etc - so appreciated for warming up coffee and leftover/take away breakfast meals. Will stay here again!

Good rooms and staff. Lifts didn’t work well either at all or took ages. Had to take the stairs down 18 floors. Breakfast is a nightmare with limited space for guests.

Great Location!

Our room was nice and comfortable! Elevator issues are a real problem with wait time and constantly full by the time it got to our floor! Breakfast was very mediocre! Location is outstanding tho!

Overall hotel stay was nice. Located near lots of walkable locations. The only thing i did not like was the elevator service. Took to lomg to get an elevator to go up or dowm during peak times

The breakfast staff was outstanding: top notch service, friendly & helpful. Only had one negative interaction with front desk staff, everyone else was very kind and help. Housekeeping staff was accommodating and did a fantastic job. Service is typically every other day, but when they saw us in the hall would ask if we needed anything. Only complaint is the elevator. In the late afternoon/early evenings and again around check out in the morning it is VERY crowded and hard to get an elevator. It was frustrating.

great being on the 34th floor, noise of being in Times Square was minimal, breakfast was super crowded, upstairs and downstairs. Only served Coffee & Tea in the mornings, not all day like others. Really close to subways, Rockafella, Central Park, broadway venues, etc. Also didn't have laundry facilities . We walked everywhere and caught the subway.
