Location was great, walkable to everywhere. Staff friendly and welcoming. No queues for the lifts. Great breakfast included. Fantastic opportunity of 24 hr rooftop seating area to visit to take our own food and drinks. Stayed in a double room - accommodated our family of 4 well, was worried how sleeping would pull be before we got there as we are all tall but beds were so comfortable and we had a great nights sleep every night. Would definitely recommend.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location was perfectly situated where we could walk to almost anywhere or catch the subway to another part of manhattan. Great places to eat nearby and the continental breakfast was decent. Overall, I was impressed with my stay. Other hotels nearby were far more expensive without breakfast included and not in as convenient of a location. For an NYC hotel the value was awesome!

We arrived early and we were given an early check-in without an extra charge. The front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and clean. The free breakfast was abundant. It was a great stay!

Hotel is cleaner than most. We were a family of 4 in a double room. Beds were really small and not comfortable and would not recommend for families with older children. Staff were exceptionally friendly despite the uncomfortable stay. Prices weee through the roof because of UN week which made it even more disappointing when considering the cost. The breakfast was reasonable and had better hot options than other hotels. Fix the beds and you have a much better hotel.

Solid location. Quiet at night. Definitely could use some refurbishing, especially the lobby and hallways. But not bad. Not a 5 star hotel but it gets the job done
