It’s not like it’s a luxury 5 star hotel, but for the price and expectations it was pretty good. Staff was nice, hotel looked clean, room was spacious. There’s a community bathroom, but it wasn’t bad at all.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Recently updated building making it very accommodating. Be ready for street noise, but that’s pretty common anywhere you stay in NYC. Excellent location and service!

The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are basic but very clean as are the bathrooms. The hallways are clean and well lit. And the location is perfect for attending Broadway shows without being caught up in the mess of Times Square.

Staff recommend parking, however they aren’t contracted with them so you don’t get the discount price and the staff in check in is very not hospitable.

Except that one bathroom on my floor was out of service and another had hot cold faucets interchanged, for the price, I think this was a very very very good deal. One of the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful, the one that checked us in and out. Another one at night, not so much. The housekeepers I saw working were not rude either, though little interaction.
