They are not clear on their website , not one room has a bathroom there is no air conditioning. And they said that in those times they don’t allow air conditioning. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend had to immediately leave. And if you a women traveling alone don’t go you will have to share a bathroom and wait for others. The pricing is too much for what they’re giving they need to get it together! They had time to redecorate the entrance but not the rest of the hotel.

Room was clean, felt premises was safe unlike other T'giving Parade stays before renovation. Desk staff courteous, nothing more. Maid staff friendlier.BIG NEGATIVE--no coffee in lobby until 8:30 AM. Not really coffee but hot water in a heated urn with packets of instant coffee. Embarrassing.

The staff was courteous. However, the floor I was staying on was under construction and full of drywall dust. The temperature of my room could not be controlled and was constantly hot. There are no paper towels or hand soaps in the bathrooms. So, you have to wait until you get back to you room to wash your hands, which does not feel hygienic with touching doorknobs. The bathrooms were often out of toilet paper.

There was no bathroom in the room. The Americans Inn did not make it clearly know that the rooms did not have bathrooms in the rooms, that this inn had shared barrooms in the hallway. I immediately had to find another place to stay. I am a woman traveling alone in New York, no way in hell am I sharing a bathroom with anyone in an inn.

The room is exactly what I needed for just resting after walking NYC. The location is everything! Near Empire State and Times Square. The rooms look smaller online, in person it was perfect for me and my wife for our 3 night stay

The location of the hotel is more than awesome. Everything in walking distance. Time Square, Empire State Building, Central Park, 5th and 6th Street, amazing. The room was tiny but functional. Shared bathroom is always tricky. There are plenty bathrooms to choose from, sometimes we had to check several before finding one that was usable. Flushing seems to be a big issue for a lot of people..... But overall, we had a great time and slept well.
