This is a solid hotel and steps from Times Square. The staff was great too. The rooms could use a good paint job and refresh. My only real complaint is that the AC would shut off at night causing the room to get stuffy. As soon as I’d get up and move around, the AC would kick on making me think it was motion detecting.

This room felt like an upgrade in county jail if it were an option. It was nice to be in time square but this place felt so run down. No fridge, no gym, no microwave. Even open request we never received a fridge. Staff as kind but this place is a NOT refrain kinda place.

I didn't like the step out of the bathroom to the bedroom. I stumbled and cracked my little toe on the leg of the bed and most definitely broke it. But I didn't let that stop me from having fun. The location was spot on for my son and I to walk to the places we wanted to visit. I only heard people in the hallway once. Didn't hear any noise from the outside. Water pressure in the shower could have been better, but it served it's purpose. Would like to see a small refrigerator in the rooms to hold some water and snacks. But, overall, we had a good experience.
