The room was great, the gym very well equipped. Some machines were missing in my opinion, but for a hotel gym on Times Square, it was great. The check in staff was a little rough around the edges, but she did her job, even if I was missing a certain warmth or feeling of being welcome. Ruth from the Broadway lounge was an excellent host and she went the extra mile on my birthday. I already tipped her generously, but please keep her in mind for any promotions or letters of recommendation, she was the pinnacle of service.

Best location right in the heart of Times Square. Friendly staff, quiet rooms. Clean bathrooms. Only dropped a star because the beds weren’t super comfy for my old lady bones. My daughter slept just fine!

Comfortable clean rooms. Great location. Conveniently located restaurant with decent food. Can be a bit noisy given proximity to Times Square.
