Although when I got there I was asked to stay in another room other than the one we booked for one night. My partner and I decided to stay in the room given at check in as we were only there for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly especially Gray at the front desk! He was a dream to speak to and handled everything for us. It was a great experience and a great stay! Close to everything you want to do in New Orleans. We are definitely planing on staying here again!

Checked in online and noted arrival time of 3 pm- which is standard check in time. Arrived at 3 and waited 45 min for a room even though several others checked in ahead of us. Also, returned after the sugar bowl to valet the car and were told that there were no spaces and they had no recommendations on where we could park. Had to drive several blocks to find public parking

The room was great and very spacious and clean! The view was great! The only reason they are getting a “good” rating instead of an “excellent” rating is because the water pressure was pretty horrible… even after they tried to improve it. We were on the top floor, so maybe the lower force had better water pressure but ours was not good at all. You really only need two things from your hotel… A good bed and a good shower. Unfortunately, we probably will not choose to stay here again because of the water pressure, but if you ever get it figured out, let us know. We loved being on the top floor! And the 2nd floor balcony/lounge was awesome too!

The room was pleasant and clean, the staff were efficient and friendly, and we had a lovely view of the Mississippi River and the ships passing by. The bellman was especially great. I also like that housekeeping would only come every three days— feels more sustainable.
