Location was 2 blocks from Canal street and a few blocks from the river which made every thing easily in walking distance. We wanted to do some cooking in the room and there were ample pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for that. There is a microwave, a two burner cooktop, and a toaster. If you want your room made up you need to request that through guest services before noon. Everything was clean and comfortable. All in all a great place to call home for a week!

No balcony, but the view was good enough for me and my family. They don’t have any breakfast unless you order room service. The night guy at the front desk always seemed to be in the bathroom, which was a little weird to me. The elevators were quick—no long wait at all. Valet service was smooth and fast. Since it’s downtown, just be prepared to pay for parking wherever you go. The showers were nice, and the room was clean and cozy for our stay. Big shoutout to the valet guy who helped us bring our things up to the room and unload them—really appreciated that!

I liked the property, the room was wonderful it comes with pots and pans to cook meals. The front desk staff Aaron was extremely helpful nice and friendly, however the parking is $39 dollars per day! I feel since we are staying at the property we should not pay for the parking fee, oh and you get charged an extra $20 dollars per day of your stay for the room for an “oops” moment whatever that means it will be returned when u checkout. But overall the stay was nice!

pretty good

For the price and being right next to canal, around the corner from bourbon, what a great place. I will say the other reviews that say sometimes the room isn't ready is true sometimes. don't be mad at the staff, they're doing their best. everyone was nice.

The hotel/room was very nice and clean. The view was horrible. My very first time in New Orleans and my window literally faced a brick wall. No view nothing just a wall. I would recommend not charging the same price for rooms with that view.
