The hotel is beautiful. Room were very nice. Especially our court yard view. Great for having breakfast and morning coffee. Would recommend and will definitely stay there again. Close enough to Bourbon street but didn’t have any of the noise!

The hotel was in the perfect location, and easy to get to my conference. The staff was kind. The beds are quite uncomfortable, the towels smelled a bit moldy, and the common areas were absolutely freezing. It was all around an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, everyone who I was traveling with had a robe, and although I requested one, I was told 'they didn't offer them' and then when I said the rooms on either side of me had one, they stated they would send one up and never did throughout the 4 days I was there. Disappointing, and maybe make me reconsider Hyatts moving forward.
