First time to NOLA!

We drove from ATL to see “Waitress” the musical, in Metairie. I thought overall the hotel was very good. All staff were friendly and helpful. The “incidental” charges are confusing, $218. I didn’t know that valet parking was/could be included in those charges—no-one explained that. Also the “destination fee” was included. Initially we were told that all of those charges would be refunded and then found out valet was included in those charges, obviously that wouldn’t be refunded or destination fees. I think an elevator was down one night but it didn’t affect us. The room, bed, balcony w/furniture was great. We could hear some noises from the street during the night but wasn’t bad. I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to drive or park downtown and thank goodness for the valet crew! They were very friendly and pretty fast retrieving our car! The bar was pretty busy when we were there! A nice place to stay—would stay there again.

First, the elevators were not working correctly. When first got there. They were slow and would stop at each floor even though only pushed button for one certain floor. Also, I was not happy I was charged a destination fee for each night I stayed there. A guest should not be charged extra fees for staying on top pf what they've already paid.

The room smelled dirty and old. Perhaps it needs new carpet ? The bathroom paper roll is too close to the toilet and uncomfortable to sit , perhaps move it further away. Staff were excellent!!!

Other than the shared balcony, this hotel was perfect. Everything was walking distance and they gave us free passes for the trolly. The staff was fantastic and I will definitely stay here again.

The inroom code was terrible and there were no other options for free coffee. The Concierge was not a real concierge, he worked for only one company and refused to help us with any experiences other than the ones he worked for. Both ice machines on our floor did not work.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The location was great also. One block either direction put us on the Bourbon St or Canal St.

49ers Game trip

had an amazing stay in New Orleans while in town to watch the 49ers. The hotel made the whole trip even better. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and quick to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect to relax in after long days of football and exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to the stadium, restaurants, and all the energy of New Orleans. Even with all the excitement in town, the hotel felt like a calm retreat. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the atmosphere felt safe and inviting. Whether you’re here for a game, a getaway, or to enjoy everything New Orleans has to offer, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Go Niners!
