Had a wonderful day at NOPSI. Staff were extremely helpful, room was spacious, clean, the hotel itself was very cool and definitely “vibes.” The rooftop bar and pool were impeccable and had beautiful views of the city both during the day and at night. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10!

I stayed there three nights and the room was never cleaned. I noticed I had bed bug bites on my body when I got home. I won't be staying here again. When I mentioned that the room was never maintenanced at checkout there was no accommodation or concern provided.

For starters the AC was not working worth a dang in our room. It was set to 68° and stayed around 75 the entire stay I asked th front desk for a fan and she said they normally have them but not today. She was very short and rude with me. , There was a couple of curly black hair in our sheets when I pulled the sheet back. My husband and I are both blonde and it wasn’t our hair. Third, I booked a king suite which all the photos on their website for that room have views, we had a window view in the tiny area looking at back ally and dumpsters. The toilet had poop stains in it when we first arrived. And the carpet in the room smelled like pee & it looked nasty like needed to be cleaned. The bathroom has a vent but no where to turn the vent on so if you take a shower it’s extremely muggy and hard to breathe. Also, if you drive a big truck it’s impossible to park there. You have to either let them valet for you or park it across the road in a parking garage that I can only assume was made for mopeds and bikes because it’s so small, that costs 85 for 2 days. After we left I noticed 2 additional charges and called the front desk. One charge was for $150 the other $57.70. She said she didn’t know what the charges were from and that if they don’t refund by next week fo dispute it with my bank?? Lastly, check out is at 12:00. we were packing up stuff & I was naked about to get in the shower when a house keeper knocked and opened the door while I was standing there naked, at 10:30

Our room #902 was gorgeous. If I had known I would have stayed at NOPSI my entire vacation. I wasted my stay at the Roosevelt and the Monteleone. The room at Nopsi was contemporary and immaculate being right on the roof top made it perfect. Walking out our room and having a pool and bar just steps away was beyond our expectations and a gorgeous view…We were just blown away with the room. It was very roomy. 2 Bathrooms was a plus. I don’t know if it was a suite or what type of room it was. I reserved a kingsize bed, but this room was way more. The hotel is still close enough to the French Quarter, but far enough away to not hear the noise. The only issue was there was a wedding and the wedding party was on the same floor. They were extremely loud outside our door, so luckily it did not last long. It sounded like our room was connected to them somehow. The rooftop is small and so is the pool, but it’s sufficient. I highly recommend it! Room 902 is perfect!

The room was gorgeous and the staff were all so helpful and warm! Richard helped us get our luggage to our room and was a delight to speak to. He provided a map and let us know some of the “must-sees” while in NOLA and it was a pleasure! We loved that we had less than a 10-minute walk to Bourbon St. so we got peace and quiet and convenience to explore the French quarter at any time of day without having to travel too far. The pool and rooftop area is gorgeous and an absolute must-see while staying. We will be back!
