The resort area was very clean, the room was very clean the bed they could change the sheets little bit more often our where looking old already. My only complain was that not much entertainment for adults it is more tailored for families and the front staff need better training in educating clients what the hotels offer we wasted so much time trying to figure out what to do and wat resorts offered what activities. Also when you book through Expedia for whatever reason the communication between Expedia and the resort is nonexistent they did not even know I had an upgrade or anything. The staff working at the restaurants and buffet though was amazing and so friendly.

Our vacation at Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda was absolutely spectacular. A total of 22 family members traveled with us to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. The staff and servers at the buffet were truly five-star, treating us with respect and going out of their way to fulfill all our requests. They helped us organize my brother’s party and arranged tables for 22 guests. Additionally, they prepared special dishes beyond the regular buffet menu to make the celebration even more memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning rooms that are both lovely and comfortable. We also appreciated how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away. The only thing I would suggest is offering more entertainment or activities, as that would make the experience even better. We were pleased to see that they also offer excursions, which added a lot of fun to our stay. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda for a relaxing and memorable vacation with family.

Everyone was super nice and very service driven. Many practiced anticipatory service well. Restaurant food was very good and plenty of options. Facilities were huge plenty to do everyday everywhere. Room service was fast and they follow up right away loved that. Check in was very friendly and super efficient Johan at check in desk is awesome a five star employee ! Rosa the hostess and Irania the server were both wonderful everyday we had breakfast and lunch. Keep up The great work and keep improving, will be back soon.

This Birthday vacation was the worse experience ever. I came with my husband, 2 kids, my mom and my father in law handicap. This was our 3rd time coming to Bahia príncipe. The first 2 in Fantasia with no issues at all. 1- while we were doing the check in the manager J M was so pushy to do a Review for the hotel when we didn’t even finished the check in. He took our phones to put the wifi in to leave the Dam review. Which called our attention right away. I’ve never seen this before from any other service. Don’t get fool and leave a review before having your own experience. 2- the 2 rooms were so smelly like a cesspool, they blame the rain. The house keeper also realized from the smell. We complain about it and the manager didn’t do anything at all. He supposed to give us another room the next day. No one call us the next day to let us know that the room was ready. The same day appears COCKROACHES one in the first room in the bathroom and 2 in the room #2 in the bed and couch, TERRIBLE!! 3- NO Ac or Heat vent Filters, visible electrical wires hazard hanging . In both Rooms. Unsafe Disgusting experience for my family and kids, in the day of my Birthday . I have all the proof videos and photos !

We had a really good stay at this all-inclusive resort in Kantakana! The overall experience was comfortable and relaxing. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the food options were nice with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beach and pool areas were beautiful and well kept. There’s definitely room for a bit more improvement in service speed and entertainment, but overall it was a wonderful experience

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our anniversary, and we truly had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. I would especially like to thank Alexa and Alex for warmly greeting us from the moment we arrived until the end of our trip. They went above and beyond to help me decorate the room for a birthday surprise, and their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism made our experience extra special. The outdoor pool was also perfect for relaxing and enjoying our time together. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Relaxing all inclusive vacation with fun for the whole family. Dinner options and access to other resort locations like Punta Cana were nice from Esmeralda. Staff is so helpful and accommodating. Beautiful swim up rooms and great beach. We hope to visit again soon.
