We loved the large rooms and well stocked kitchenette. Beds are very comfortable, and everything is clean. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops nearby, and the entire experience was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Room 103 May 28-June 2. The room was clean, and linens were clean. Beds were very comfortable! Some small areas of the room (a few spots on the walls, corners of bathroom) could use some attention, and the shower head is kind of low, so for people 5’10 or taller, it would be an awkward shower, but other than that, nothing to complain about! Staff were friendly! There is a Boston Pizza and a Tim Horton’s across the road, easily in walking distance. There is a cannabis store (only mentioning for those who would like to know) and a burger place next door to the hotel. Parksville is a great neutral location to return to after a day of Island Adventures. Definitely recommend this hotel for travellers. If you have mobility issues, be sure to request a ground floor room. Upper level are accessible only by stairs. And keep your eyes open for the resident bunnies!
