This Home is located on the beautiful Oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort on Vancouver Island. It is literally on Resort Drive right beside the well known famous Ti-Na-Mara Resort. Upon your stay, you will have access to the entire Home and many of the Resort amenities. This Home is equipped with Keyless entry. There is no need to check in with the front desk as we are your Hosts and will provide you with your own personalized door code to gain access.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, spacious, and well kept. The view was spectacular and the home is virtually sound proof. Great access to the hottub, pool, and gym. Well-equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend. Close to Rathtrevor Park and beach, with rocky access at lower tides :)

We loved Sunrise Ridge Resort in Parksville. The location is perfect. Close to many natural attractions. Top bridge park, Englishman River, Little Mountain and the amazing Rathtrevor beach are just a few. The condo was a deluxe unit, it had everything you need plus more. The view was glorious, the lounge chairs were great, the Weber barbecue was spot on. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. All in all great spot for a vacation. We liked the experience so much we have already rebooked.

This townhouse is in a prime location, the full ocean view especially from upstairs and from the loungers is great. High end appliances and furnishings are very comfortable. Host was very clear and communicated every step. We enjoyed our stay very much and will keep this one in mind when returning to Parksville. The unit was so nice we didn’t even see the rest of the resort! The Pub nearby on Resort Road was great for close by food.

Beautiful townhome, wonderful views of the water and beach! Very comfortable and close to Tigh-Na-Mara, Rathtrevor Park, the Parksville museum and Highway 97A with easy access into Parksville commercial district. We spent a week staying in this lovely townhome rental, found many local activities to keep us busy, restaurants nearby (enjoyed the restaurant at Tigh-Na-Mara and a new restaurant in Parksville, Trio). The owner/manager of the rental was wonderful, very responsive, helpful and positive!

We initially went to the resort next door because our GPS sent us to the wrong place but our hosts instructions helped us to recover. This is a 2 bedroom town home you would be proud to live in full time. It has every modern amenity including an electronic fireplace, extensively equipped kitchen, full sized washer and dryer and excellent wi-fi. Everything is brand new and it is perfectly located on a bluff above the tide flats. The views are fantastic. The owner was instantly responsive to any question. The A/C worked flawlessly. Check-in did not require us to go to an office. Our code opened the electronic lock. The pool is some distance from the apartment but the trade off was the view from the front of the condo. The only negative is that both the bedrooms are on the second floor so if you have any trouble with stairs, this is not for you.
