Large (1400 sq ft) West Coast style vacation home with room for the whole family. This community has private access to 2 km of spectacular sandy Rathtrevor beach is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. Rathtrevor Provincial Park (347 hectares) backs on to the backyard (no fence, just look right into the trees). The park gives a feeling of peace and tranquility.

The cottage features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, in suite laundry. The living space has 9ft ceilings, cozy fireplace and patio with gas BBQ.

The main floor has a double down, single up bunk, 3 piece bathroom with in floor heating, and stand up shower. Master bedroom with queen bed is on the second floor, features a window seat, and patio overlooking the forest.

Master en-suite has a 4 piece bathroom (soaker tub, glass enclosed shower stall), and in floor heating. The second queen sized bedroom is also on the second floor and has 3 piece en-suite, again with in floor heating.This lovely unit is minutes from the beach and adjacent to the famous Rathrevor Provincial Park. Situated on Resort Drive there are also many amenities within walking distance.

Pets are not permitted at this property. One designated parking stall, other vehicles to park in visitor parking. Private fire pit on the beach for Tanglewood guests. Available when there are no fire bans.

Booking Policy
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that the following policies
are respected during your stay:
• The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted on the property at any
time.
• Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit specified for the cottage.
• Guests are required to respect the property’s designated pet-friendly or non-pet
friendly status. Require to kept pet on leash and clean up after your pet.
• A non-refundable booking fee of $99 plus applicable taxes applies to all
reservations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in accordance with both resort policies and
individual property rules.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with a relaxing and
memorable stay.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit is refundable
minus the booking fee of $99.00 plus applicable taxes. Final payment is charged to your
credit card 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the
full amount of the booking. Additional fees & rates are non-refundable.
Breakaway Vacations will do their best to accommodate special requests including
specific cottages, however, as all cottages are privately owned and Breakaway cannot
100% guarantee specific cottages. If your specific cottage request cannot be met, you will
be placed in a cottage that matches as close to your request as possible. We do our best to
ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept
any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional
expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond
our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil
disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire,
floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to
Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance
requirements or industrial action.
If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control,
(examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel
Advisories) only future stay credits for the amount paid, minus the booking fee will be
issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards a booking on any
of the properties managed by Breakaway Vacations and will have a 1-year expiry date from
time of original check in date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Early departures will be responsible for
each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars. Second Party
Cancellation Policies may differ from this page. If you booked through Expedia,
