Buena Vista by the Sea is our favourite place to stay when we are visiting family in Qualicum Beach. The location is perfect, the vista is beautiful and the space feels very cosy, clean and comfortable.

Our second stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed it! Every unit has a full kitchen which is a plus. Beautiful deck overlooking the beach and easy access to walk out at low tide and enjoy the area.

Buena Vista was absolutely lovely. Clever room set up with an extra door that separates the bedroom and sitting room from the road making it entirely quiet. The deck was delightful. View was terrific and access to the beach super easy. Kitchen was well appointed. Five stars!

amazing place to stay, waterfront, amazing view. Grounds are well kept. Owner is very accomodating. Only issue we had was the parking. Narrow driveway down to end where you have to park which was very tight-only made for small cars/suvs.

For my wife and I this place was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The owner was outside all the time, cleaning, watering, and generally doing upkeep. The property is well located. Just a comfortable, homey place. Would definitely return!

Very quiet, can walk to the ocean but must traverse a number of logs. Such a pretty place chair and tables and lounge chairs on a very large deck. There are 2 black bunnies sweet to watch. Would stay again.

This is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is fantastic, I could just stare at the view all day. It's clean and well maintained. The kitchen has the dishes and cookware you need for doing your own meals. Recommended.
