Always greeted with a smile. Extremely accommodating to let us switch rooms with different beds for Goldilocks traveling with us- nice rgey have firm medium n soft mattresses. The water & juice at breakfast is excellent! Mini waffles so fun.

We were charged 65.00 more then the online booking rate, the pool is super cold, and the breakfast is always the same and on the first day appeared undercooked, and our room was never serviced The staff however was very nice and it was a very clean hotel.
