"My stay was horrible I would give it 0stars if I could. The room was not properly cleaned there was bed bugs, I still have the bite mark all over my body. When I told the desk staff it was like it didn’t matter. I want a refund so I can go but he told me I was not able to get a refund so he gave another room and that room so so cold the thermostat was broken was was so disappointed and felt so gross I just spent the night in the parking lot in my car. Never going back there again such a waste of time and money. I went there to get some rest but rest I didn’t get. Worst experience ever. "

"When I first got to the floor my room was on, it smelled horrible. Then I get to the room and found a pool of water leaking from the room fridge. Told the front desk about it. No one came and ended it up having to use the room towels to clean it up. The staff was nice for the most part. And they got rid of the smell the next day. The bed was too soft and the nose from the airport woke me up on occasion. I properly won't come back to Holiday inn Express as a brand."
