"Holiday Inn isn't what it used to be. I was impressed by how beautiful and clean the rooms were. And the beds were so comforable. It truly was on par with a 3 star hotel. However, I was highly disappointed by the front desk staff, particularly the man who checked us out the morning of 7/18/26 (I forgot to get his name). We went down for breakfast and was given a different price than what we were told upon check in. We mentioned it to him and the fact that this was the second thing we encountered during our short 1 night stay that had been inconsistent between staff communications and actual hotel policy/pricing. We explained that we just wanted him to know so everyone could get on the same page. Just giving some feedback. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience. He said, "No. She needs to get on the same page", referring to his co-worker. His attitude was so terrible we decided not to have breakfast there and left. After the perfect stay, this really ended our stay on a bad note. Hopefully, staff gets better training because otherwise its a very nice hotel."
