"Well run operation, some worn areas difficult location when driving to it. Location is not walkable or attractive - industrial and junkie area with many highways out front. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport."

"I like the property. The suites are nice—roomy, nice bathroom (still have tubs! Yeah!), frig/microwave, large tv. The customer service (Shuttle drivers, front desk) were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Only reason I would not stay here again is poor access from airport. Though a free shuttle is available, it is hard to get to it at the airport (would involve a bus to Air Shuttle to the one parking area where the shuttle stops!) and could not find any Uber which would go there. So, it took me 2 hours to get to the hotel after I landed. Shuttle only runs every 30minutes, so one I was on was jammed and some people could not get on."

"We stayed there because it is close to the Prudential Center, about a 5 minute walk. After the show we would have liked to have a cocktail but found the restaurant closed. It would have been nice to stay open a little later."

"The staff were kind and helpful. I have nothing but nice things to say about them. But the building is horrendous. The tiles were cracked and coming off in the bathroom. The writing on the walls had bad handwriting. One of the electric outlets was dead. One of the electric switches had partially melted. The toilet had a leaking valve. The non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray."
