"Stayed for just one night, was our first time in downtown Indianapolis so it was a learning experience. Have never had a bad hotel experience at any location of Home2Suites….. Hotel was nice, clean and well kept. Valet parking worked out well. Location worked great as well as we were there for the Indiana Fever game and it was an easy 3 block walk to the stadium! Breakfast was pretty standard but was good and kept well stock for a busy morning."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites for one night. Great proximity to all the downtown nightlife and stadiums. Breakfast was above average and the complimentary manager’s reception is a great way to relax with a cocktail or two before you head out on the town. I do wish there was a dedicated doggy potty area for those traveling with their furry friends. We had to walk quite a distance just for bathroom breaks, which was not ideal. Overall a fantastic stay!"

"Everything was beautiful and spacious. The valet was great. The front staff was great. However, the in house bartenders and wait staff were EXTREMELY rude. I’m a bartender and I don’t say that often but they were blatantly rude. We went next door and to other bars nearby and had a great time. I would seriously look at retraining the bar staff on simple kindness and customer service."
