"We arrived early but were able to check in straight away, have stayed here before some of the staff did recognise us. They are a very friendly and helpful team. The room was nice and cool with the air con on , which was very welcomming from the heat outside, and very clean. Would recommend this hotel, close to good bars and shopping."

"Changing rooms for pool could be kept cleaner as was hair balls everywhere and bits of rubbish. Room was fab but only wall lights so room was very dull. But overall id definitely come back as the hotel was kept clean in reception and had plenty of options like starbucks and a pub and grill"

"We stayed at Nant Ddu with our granddaughter to be close to Pen Y Fan which we climbed during our stay. We had a family room which included a small room within the larger double suite. We loved that and the space it gave us. Also, having a bath in the bathroom was nice. The bathroom definitely needed some renovation but the hotel hospitality, food and kindness of the staff made it a delightful experience. The grounds were beautiful and the spa looked nice though we didn’t use it. Our tv did not work and that really wasn’t acceptable but Oscar came to the rescue on World Cup night and was so helpful. Generally, this a lovely place and with a bit of upgrading would be fantastic"
