The room was excellent very spacious and comfortable , the hotel surroundings was beautiful. Only disappointment was the lack of staff behind the bar at a large part only 3 staff to serve waited 30 mins to buy a drink and staff were rude and unorganised for that I would give the bar 1 star from 5

Our stay at the resort was fabulous. The staff were lovely and friendly. The signature room package was perfect as was the complementary Prosecco & pastries at the bar on the 6th floor. The complementary wine and Welsh cakes in the room also a lovely touch. Breakfast in Steak on sixth was perfect. The Christmas decorations all over the hotel were beautiful. A thoroughly enjoyable time.

This was our third stay, all stays in the suites, 6th 8th and 10 floor. Amazing stays, rooms were clean, spacious very friendly staff. A number of activities onsite aswell as restaurants. Will be our preferred place for long weekend breaks.
