    "The property was a newer property and i had high expectations to stay there. There were areas that were not finished yet and had been like that for some time by the looks of it. There was also 2 outside entry doors that would not take your card fob to entry the building and had notes on them that they did not work and you haf to walk around the building to another entry to get in. One entry had a service entrance next to it and that is the door you had to entry, which did not close tight. I found the door unlatched many times so someone could entry a secured part of the building and proceed any where in the building. The water in the sink was another issue. You had to turn the hot or cold on for 3 to 4 minutes before you had warm or cold water. They need to had circulation pumps always supplying water to room so you do not have to waste a valuable resource like water down the drain!!!"…"
