Staff were friendly and accomodating. Had to move rooms 2 times due to heat not working. Then i got locked in the bathroom fortunately i had my phone so i was able to call for help. Once i called they did act on it immediately. Overall 3/5. Room was clean and comfortable. Pricing was affordable.

Okay for the price. I wish I had spent a bit more for a better place. There is a weird disturbing odor present in the room, and can also be smelled in the hallway too. The bathroom was sub-par. Noises from other rooms can be heard pretty easily, and at times I could hear the other occupants yelling and arguing early in the morning.

The room is nothing like what is shown in the pictures on your website. It was old, the hallway stunk to stale smoke and curry. There is no gym or conference room in this hotel as the amenities says. I believe there was a lot of false advertisement with this hotel. For breakfast the only ting offered was a bagel and juice. This is by far one of the worst hotel I have ever seen. I have used Expedia for 10 years. this is not what I expected from Expedia.

Clean room, basic breakfast, allowed me a late check out. Fire alarm went off once which was jarring but this wasn’t the staffs fault. A groups of young kids burnt a bagel and set off the alarm at breakfast.
