For just opening a couple weeks prior to our stay it was overall a good experience. It was clean, great proximity to walk to some bar/restaurants, breakfast was good-go early, front desk staff was pleasant. Only complaint which is minor-a garbage can in the room other than bathroom one would be nice.

The parking was easy and safe. However, we couldn't tell we were at the Hyatt because we never noticed the sign for the hotel. I had to go inside and ask if were at the right place. The room was exceptionally clean. However, the eggs at breakfast we a little to well done and a little dry.
