Friendly front desk. I appreciate the 2 bottles of water. When I arrived in my room the bathroom fan was running. I thought that was strange, but noticed a weird smile in the bathroom. I closed the slider door and did fine as long as the door was kept closed. I slept well, bed comfortable, breakfast descent since it was included in the price. Went to breakfast and returned to the room, the weird smell still in the bathroom. Not sure what it is. I showered and enjoyed the scent of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Left quickly before the smell could get in my freshly washed hair. Other than the strange smell, everything was good. I would stay again, I would just ask to change rooms immediately even if I was incredibly tired.

Was told there was an airport shuttle and free parking. When we arrived neither were true. The man at the desk told me he knew who told me the wrong information. “She’s new”. I understand you can’t compensate the shuttle- we took an Uber but at least offer free parking

The breakfast was subpar. Oatmeal was not cooked properly (hardened). Limited food options compared to other breakfasts at similar locations. Food was not refreshed when ran out. Seating was limited.

We had a problem w/1 clothes dryer - ate up $2.75 worth of quarters & then dryer would not work! Also had a BIG problem w/room air conditioner/heating unit. Never was completely resolved by the end of our week’s stay. Heating unit would work& then unit would blow cold air! We ended up just turning the thermostat to OFF. A hotel mechanic was there 2 different days to try & resolve the issue but it was NOT resolved. Also bathroom sink did not drain very well! Very slowly!!

We stayed here one night in order to catch an early flight at Albany International. The room was clean, but the carpet had multiple large stains which was disconcerting. The bed was comfortable and there were black out curtains. Service was on the disappointing side and just ok. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, this could be a good choice as it is very convenient and has two gas stations and a few dining options nearby.
