Check in, check out was simple. When checking in on Friday afternoon, the girl who took care of us (I didn’t get her name) was exceptional! Helpful and cheery. Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. All in all, I can’t wait to come back to stay again!

We got to the room, and it literally smelled like sewage. It was emanating from the bathroom. Our room was missing the couch from it. We just had a big empty space where the couch should be. The front desk didn't pick up the phone as we called for 15 minutes to request a room change. When I went downstairs, the staff was great and changed the room. Our next room had no odor, but no lamp shade. Our friends who booked 3-4 rooms down from us had cigarette burn holes in their couch. This was not a positive experience.
