"Our room was pretty decent and clean. They definitely need some updates but otherwise it served its purpose - somewhere to sleep/rest. We were out exploring RMNP most of the day anyways. Loved the pond that they have in the middle with some ducks roaming around or swimming in it."

"Although room was clean and bed was comfortable, we were very disappointed in property overall. Nothing like pictures shown on Expedia site, and staff didn’t seem to care that my bank account was charged twice before I got there, especially concerning since I chose ‘Pay at Property’. Would not return, as there are many other property."
