Great resort with a few mishaps.. the hotel was accommodating and willing to solve any issue that came up. I would have liked if the room had robes and slippers as part of the upgrade. I ordered a chicken parm at the market and it came out raw but they comped my tomahawk that I also ordered. Overall would go back

Huge property! If you are looking for beach front access where you can swim and enjoy the ocean this is not the place. However, the hotel offers hourly shuttles at a first come first serve basis via their app. You have to be quick on the app as the premium time slots to their sister property Pueblo Bonito Rose fill up fast. At Pueblo Bonito Rose you have beach access and full utilization of all inclusive amenities. Pueblo Bonito Sunset is a huge property with a lot of hills. Golf carts shuttle you around the property my to different areas of the resort. Unless you are in great shape

The all inclusive food seemed like it was old food. Rice was hard and stale. Service took FOREVER for room service. We ordered room service 5 times, and they only ever came 1 time. We were still charged for the Service fee for Room service even though when we called back and they said they dont have any order for our room. It sucked to pay so much money and get very sub par food, the only decent foods was at the actual restaraunts, the market food was pretty bad and our entire group disliked their food. Drinks seemed very watered down as well - had to consistently ask for doubles to even taste a hint of alcohol in our drinks. Our room was great though, great view, clean and comfortable!

Beautiful property with stunning views. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was great especially for an all inclusive. That said, I would have rated the resort a 5 but on our last night of our stay we ate at La Frida and I was charged for a $30 drink that I did NOT order nor was I served it. At checkout I explained the situation to the clerk and she went to get a Supervisor who told me it was my fault for scanning my card without looking at the final bill. I explained I had no reason to examine the bill because I knew I had not ordered any alcohol or food involving extra charges. It turns out someone else in my party at the same table also had been overcharged for alcoholic drinks. The crazy part is while explaining the situation in the lobby to members of my party before leaving for the airport, another couple of guests unrelated to our party had experienced the exact same situation of being charged for drinks they didn't order. Honestly, this to me seems like a very dishonest and scandalous practice at this restaurant with intentions of sucking as much money from guests as possible, which is really unfortunate and disappointing. Sharing this experience in hopes of warning other future guests to be hypervigilent around waiting staff in general but especially at La Frida restaurant.

We had a blast. Loved the staff. Beautiful hotel. We had one poor experience at the restaurant La Frida. They charged us 60 dollars for 2 drinks. We only ordered one drink and it was awful. We couldn’t drink it. The food was not good and you have to pay an upcharge to eat there. We loved all the other restaurants. Quivera steakhouse is amazing!!
